Service Description
Total Body Circuit Class This class is a total body exercise class structured in a 5 exercises comprised of cardio, classic and compound excercise movements, for 1 minute each, 5 rounds, with a 1 minute rest between rounds. Total time 30 min, followed by 15 min stretch. The purpose is to increase overall strength, no matter what excercise level you currently sit at. You will see over the course of the weeks your strength improve drastically.
