About this program
This training is built on a deeply rooted lineage of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Bhakti Yoga, interwoven with contemporary somatic science, trauma-informed approaches, and heart-centered philosophy. My own teaching journey spans over a decade and is supported by thousands of hours of teaching, mentoring, and curriculum development. I believe wholeheartedly in yoga as a path of remembrance — a return to truth, authenticity, and sacred leadership.
The training structure is intentionally intimate, with a maximum ratio of 1 teacher to 10 students. This allows for highly personalized mentorship, one-on-one development, and deep relationship with each trainee’s evolution. Students are guided not only through embodied practices such as asana, pranayama, meditation, and ritual, but also through their own self-inquiry and independent creative projects. These projects serve as integration anchors and allow each participant to step more fully into their unique dharma.
The teaching methodology is layered and experiential. Trainees are expected to embody the teachings before sharing them. We prioritize nervous system awareness, clear communication, and sacred space holding. The theoretical framework draws from classical yoga texts (Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita), contemporary anatomy and physiology, subtle body systems, and lived experience in service, motherhood, and leadership. Students will learn how to sequence skillfully, cue with clarity and compassion, and hold inclusive, trauma-sensitive space. Teaching from authenticity, not perfection, is the core of our methodology.
As Lead Trainer, I hold space through mentorship, modeling, and active facilitation. Each trainee will have direct access to feedback, guidance, and support. They will also be invited to co-create — not just receive. The expectation is that each graduate will leave not only with knowledge and technique, but with embodiment, purpose, and clarity in how they wish to serve their community.
In alignment with Yoga Alliance standards and my personal commitment to integrity, this program is rooted in tradition while open to evolution. My intention is not to produce more teachers, but to awaken more leaders — those who will teach, heal, parent, serve, and live from a place of inner knowing.
With gratitude and sincerity,
Jackie Anderson
