The Meditative Art of Sacred Geometry Saturday, January 31 | 4:00 PM Join us for a calming, creative community workshop that explores Sacred Geometry as a practice of self-love, reflection, and gentle healing. This experience is open to all and designed to support presence, creativity, and meaningful connection. In this guided art class, you’ll learn the foundational principles of sacred geometric patterns and how the act of drawing and painting them can become a meditative, grounding process. Working with pencil, colored pencil, and watercolor, we’ll slow the pace, invite focus, and allow creativity to unfold in a way that supports emotional and mental well-being. No art experience is required. All materials are provided, and the environment is welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental. This workshop is an opportunity to nurture yourself through creative expression, reconnect with the present moment, and share space with others in a thoughtful, inclusive community. ⭐️Emma Benitez's paintings serve as meditations and navigations through the labyrinth of their own human experience, piecing together the puzzles of duality, embracing discomfort, and eventually letting go. They surrender to and play with the concepts of order and chaos, pondering the enigma of mortality and the infinite nature of the spirit. Each painting is a celebration of life's complexities and beauties, an understanding of divine order, and a prayer for a harmonious and sustainable world for future generations.
