Each participant is provided with their own singing bowl and guided through simple techniques to create beautiful, harmonious sound together. In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll learn how to properly hold, strike, and play your singing bowl while exploring the healing effects of vibration, rhythm, and intentional listening. As each bowl joins the collective sound, you’ll experience the powerful resonance that can only be created in community.
