Instructions:

1. Enter the building
Use the back door. Enter code to unlock.

2. Power on the sauna
Press the power button to turn on the sauna.

3. Select your protocol
Press the "Protocol" button.
Choose Protocol 4 — this includes the Halo (salt therapy) solution.

4. Sit inside while it warms up
You are encouraged to sit in the sauna during the warm-up phase.
This allows your body to begin absorbing the salt immediately.

5. Salt therapy phase
The salt (halo) feature will remain on until the sauna reaches 104°F.
Continue breathing deeply during this time for maximum benefits.

6. Full sauna session
Stay in the sauna for a total of 45 minutes.
The temperature will gradually rise to about 145°F.

7. There's a red light tower on the door. Turn it on and select 30 minutes. There's a remote to turn the light on overhead.
   
   Enjoy the deep sweat and detox.
