Prenatal Yoga
Service Description
Prenatal yoga is a class designed specifically for moms-to-be. During pregnancy, exercise is vital in maintaining physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This class, led by teachers certified in prenatal yoga, will include practicing stretching and strengthening the pelvic muscles. You will practice pranayama, as controlled breathing is a primary aspect of the birthing process. It is also important to practice developing mental strength through meditation as this calms the nervous system and prepares the mind for motherhood.
