In this respect, yoga functions like other self-soothing techniques, such as meditation, relaxation, exercise, or even socializing with friends. -Harvard Medical School- Using breath control, restorative postures, intentions, and meditation, Kelli Durrance, will lead this unique workshop in creating emotional balance in mind and body. Having suffered trauma herself, Kelli is very passionate about bringing awareness to this topic and has devoted her personal practice and exploration in freeing the mind and body from the chains of anxiety. Kelli will give you tools to empower you to take control of your anxiety through mindfulness yoga and meditation.. This Workshop is for everyone and all levels!
