Aerial Yoga PO

Service Description

Experience a playful and empowering aerial yoga class in an unheated room, using soft aerial silks suspended from the ceiling. You’ll flow through supported stretches, strength-building poses, and gentle inversions while the fabric helps decompress the spine and improve flexibility. No prior experience is needed. Please wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing with no metal, zippers, or buttons to protect the silks. The aerial hammocks are securely rigged and can support up to 300 lbs. Come ready to move, explore, and have fun in the air.
