Vinyasa / Power Yoga


Vinyasa Yoga is the style of yoga we mainly practice here at Kula. It is a vigorous practice, often referred to as power yoga. It combines movement with breath and a focus of the 8 limbs. Most classes are done in a heated room. Please look at our schedule, and there is no need to sign up ahead of time.
