Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga classes are fun classes that seem more like playtime to the kids than yoga. Our instructors will take the kids through a series of yoga poses all the while teaching them to connect with themselves. This is done through yoga postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices. For ages 4 to 11 Child MUST be potty trained. Bring a yoga mat, a snack and water to drink. Kids Yoga Mats available for purchase at studios for $20 or available for rental for $1.
