Sunday's cacao ceremony will guide us on a beautiful journey to a deepening discovery of self-love and open-hearted compassion, community connection, and expansion through the sacred practice of letting go! Our guide will be the gentle and loving medicine of cacao, a gift of abundance from regions throughout Central and South America. This plant is 100 percent raw cacao and will be ceremonially prepared as a warm drink and used for its healing, connecting and heart-opening benefits. When consumed with deep intention, it can have profound heart healing effects. Throughout our ceremony, we will release all past energies to create space for abundance to flow in! Practices will include meditation, breathwork, embodied movement, and sound healing. This is a beautiful opportunity to set intentions for the winter months and connect to the magical feelings of unconditional love and gratitude.
