Booty Barre Burn is a high-impact, playful booty and core workshop hosted by Tami and Yaarah. Come join us for an upbeat session set entirely to all booty music. We will vibe, laugh, and sweat our way through spicy booty focused combos that hit every angle of our booty. Grab your bestie, your feel good energy, and the yoga outfit that makes you feel amazing. You'll leave the workshop with your booty fully lit up, your energy high, and your ASSets feeling lifted, activated and stronger. After we wrap, hang out with us for some snacks, sips, and fun.
