Every class combines the graceful movements of ballet with conditioning from dynamic yoga practices and deep abdominal muscle toning from Pilates.
Each Dynamic Yoga Barre class a low-impact, total body workout that targets the hips, glutes, abs, and arms.
The Dynamic Yoga Barre classes at both Kula studios have upbeat music and awesome instructors to effectively guide you through each muscle group.
The classes also use small balls, hand weights, and resistance bands while focusing on proper alignment.
