Chair Yoga is for everyone and can be wonderful for beginning students as well as more advanced yogis. You make it your own! Once you begin practicing chair yoga, you will start to feel a sense of calm and relaxation flow through your body.
In this class we will explore using the chair, blocks, bolsters, and other props to assist in standing and seated poses. We will focus on your movement, breath, and how each pose feels in your body. We will use meditation at the end of each class to improve your mental clarity and calm.
